I host walks to help with mental health, join our walk, connect, and meet new friends. These walks can be a safe space and can help with:

  • Physical Activity - less stress and improve mood.

 

  • Social Interaction – let’s get out as a group - an opportunity for men to socialize and connect with others who share similar interests, this will help combat feelings of loneliness and building a support network.

  • Mindfulness and Relaxation – lets focus on our surroundings and the rhythm of their steps.

  • Exploration and Discovery - let’s explore new places, learn about history and culture, and discover hidden gems within our communities.
